Free access with 30 Mbps transfer in public areas
Through the WiFi4EU program, the European Commission supports cities and municipalities across Europe in providing free internet access via hotspots in public places.
Many cities used this as an opportunity to equip parks, museums, public buildings and even entire zones with public hotspots with free and fast (at least 30 Mb/s) network access. In three editions of the WiFi4EU project, Cambium has implemented almost 2,000 WiFi4 EU projects in Europe, including over 200 in Poland (78% of all implementations in Poland).
